Again , @tihmstar the developer of OdysseusOTA 2 the tool allows you to downgrade iPhone 5, iPhone 5c , 4s and others 32bits idevices on ios 8.x to lower version, today he release a great new video DEMO showing the new tool call Prometheus, to make possible downgrade 64bits devices to lower firmware version in this case ios 9.3.3 ( the latest jailbreak ios version by pangu ). still in development state not released yet but seems will be possible downgrade iphone 5s, 6, iphone 6 plus and more.
This video shows a demo of Prometheus downgrade, an upcoming tool which supports downgrading 64bit devices if APTicket (shsh files) are saved and certain other conditions are met.
It is currently unknown what conditions have to be met to be eligible for downgrade without jailbreak.
